Master Warrant Officer

What the rank does

Company or squadron sergeant major: discipline and administration for around a hundred soldiers, duty rosters, and ammunition and supply in the field. The rank links the sergeants who run the sections to the major who commands the sub-unit, and it is where trade expertise gives way to management.

Getting past this rank

Supervisor and manager, with a rising chance of employment outside your own trade.
